The assessment collects business contact information, including name, work email, company, role, legal team size, company stage, industry, current CLM or legal tooling, AI adoption urgency, optional notes, and the operational challenge you choose to describe.

The assessment also collects scored answers about operational maturity across CLM, intake, repositories, playbooks, Microsoft 365 workflows, reporting, security, negotiation memory, and AI governance.

No contract uploads are required. Users should not submit confidential contract text, privileged material, sensitive documents, or client-specific legal analysis into the assessment or contact form.

The product is intended to evaluate operational readiness and workflow maturity, not to review contracts or provide legal conclusions.

Assessment data may be used to generate readiness results, identify operational maturity patterns, and follow up about EzerLex services when contact permission is provided.

EzerLex may use aggregated, non-identifying feedback to improve the assessment experience and consulting workflow.

EzerLex is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. AI and system-generated outputs require human review, and final legal judgment remains with licensed counsel.

The assessment supports legal operations, workflow design, CLM optimization, AI readiness planning, governance, reporting, and technology enablement.

This MVP uses practical application controls and should not be treated as an enterprise document repository. Do not submit confidential documents or sensitive contract language.

Additional security, retention, deletion, and administrative controls should be added before any public launch or enterprise deployment.
